Default NIU Softball December Skills Camp - 12.3.17

The Northern Illinois University Softball program is hosting a skills camp on Sunday, December 3rd, 2017 at the Chessick Practice Center, located on the campus of NIU. The camp is designed for those in 6th grade and above (2018-2024 graduates). The defensive and offensive sessions will take place simultaneously, so campers must choose to attend either the defensive session OR the offensive session. The defensive session is designed to focus on fundamentals and advanced skills specifically for infielders, outfielders, and catchers. THERE WILL NOT BE A PITCHING PORTION IN THE DEFENSIVE CAMP. The offensive camp will focus on offensive fundamentals and skills, including hitting, bunting, base running, and mental training.

The cost of the camp is $85 per session. Camp time is currently TBA due to the uncertainty of NIU Football's indoor facility usage during their possible championship/post-season play. As soon as we receive a finalized camp time, it will be updated on our website and sent out via social media. Camp brochures, additional information, and registration can be found at The Official Website of Northern Illinois Athletics.

**The NCAA stipulates that the camp is open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender).

The link does not work, at least for me. Changing 'https://www.niuhuskies.com/camps' to 'http( ) ://www.niuhuskies.com/camps' did allow a redirect and got me to where I was going and ended up 'https://niu.sidearmsports.com/sports/2016/9/8/camps-index-html.aspx'

Just in case anyone else is suffering a similar fate.
