Georgia went 12-12 in the SEC last season and graduated a really good senior class, including its ace pitcher, with no replacement in sight, so I don't see them finishing 4th in the SEC. I would take it, though.

Not an expert on the SEC, but outside of Auburn and Florida there are several schools that could make a run. Alabama will be tough and Tennessee has Maddie Mock in the circle, and LSU still has Carly Hoover. I think Amanda Ablan will be a good one at UGA, but not sure she can carry the team as a freshman.

It's way too early, but it wouldn't be too unusual to have a freshman come in and pitch lights out, Osorio at Bama comes to mind. But, UGA did lose a lot of experience and leadership. Forth feels about right, but 1-6 could all win it all.
