Which poll are you looking at? North Alabama was #8 in last week's NFCA poll and they didn't lose this weekend.
D1 polls come out on Tuesdays. Don't know about D2 polls...

I just looked at the NFCA Coaches poll for D2 on NCAA.com which has Missouri St Louis.

That was NFCA's preseason poll where UMSL was actually ranked tied for 7th - https://nfca.org/index.php?option=com_nfca&top25=1&list=1&year=2016&pdiv=div2&pnum=1.
UMSL moved up to #5 in last week's poll - https://nfca.org/index.php?option=com_nfca&top25=1&list=1&year=2016&pdiv=div2.
You should look for the poll on the NFCA website because NCAA is obviously having issues posting it. I suspect NFCA posts the D-II poll on Wednesday and NCAA picks up the previous week's poll on Tuesday when the D-I polls are released. We'll know today/tomorrow.
