Mich's early season schedule is usually strong to compensate for playing in the Big X. This year's conference schedule is even weaker since they don't play Minn.
Minnie's early schedule looks a little stronger than their usual, but it should be better.
Rise, it it too early to know whether your daughter will get the start in that first game? If so best of luck and when she wins we better get the mother of all brag posts from you!!

I saw the Gamecocks' conference schedule and it looks tough. Good luck to your DD.

No mistake.
Lots of returning players,
including a sophomore pitcher (Megan Good) who is the real deal.
They should be pretty good this season.
Easily a "sleeper pick" to make it to Regional Finals and perhaps Super Regionals, IMO.

Jess Alister is relentless. So impressed with her work ethic and commitment. She's still at the very beginning of a very very long career. One of my favorites to watch .

It's a strong non conference but I would like to see more actual series, by all teams. That way you don't get the "we had a bad day" talk by fans and some coaches. Plus it is great for fans.

Do they release a new ranking each Monday? I'm curious to see where DDs future team ends up after beating the #8 ranked team this weekend in D2.
