Gotta wonder how Leslie Drury feels right about now....she sat behind Jackie Traina for 3 years, and then when it is supposed to be "her time to shine" a freshman phenom shows up and steals the spotlight. Drury would start for just about every other team in the country....

And now we know why...she is struggling against the Auburn offense right now, but I am willing to bet it's 100% mental after having to compete with a freshman.

her spin is really tight, but the RB spin is really mostly bullet, just a little backspin in it. Not being critical, it is obviously a hell of a pitch because Georgia could not lay off of it and they knew it was coming. Just more of a real world data point for how good a riseball can be with a less than perfect spin axis.

I would go out on a limb to say that most riseballs are tilted up bullet spin fastballs (just like Sarah Pauly's). Effective but very few (if any) are getting true 6-12 backspin on the ball.

Auburn wins the first semi-final game 7-1. First trip to the SEC Championship game for the Tigers. War Eagle.

Man MU defense is sketchy. And Auburns is solid.

It's the Mizzou syndrome. You can see it in any sport. They can mess anything up, no matter how good they are. I believe Crane is all SEC defense, and had an error on a VERY routine ground ball.
