Anyone else think Texas looked very far from top 25 in these games? I saw weak pitching, poor fielding and average hitting. Surprising considering the amount of in state talent.
Their freshman pitcher is a real threat... but your right, definitely not last year's team

boo hoo!!! Getting to see the northern teams playing in 97 degree 90% humidity in early June is no different. Build an indoor field, move south, join the drama club but can everyone quit crying about the weather!!! On the west coast they have rain, south gets hot, central has tornadoes, north gets cold. All regions have their own issues to deal with that they believe only they can handle.

DD has water resistant, warm and cold weather gear. What would the proper tornado attire be? :)

I DVR'd every game from the Texas Invitational and was able to watch most of the games. I like to watch that lefty from Dartmouth pitch. That windup is pretty unique.

I had seen something similar before...be careful with the criticism, this video sparked a little fire last time it was posted. I only post it to show another pitcher who did something similar.

When I saw the Dartmouth pitcher, that video was the first thing I thought about.

Of course the Dartmouth pitcher was no way near that extreme.

No criticism whatsoever. I said it was unique. Now you just posted a wind up even more unique than the Dartmouth player. I can't stop watching. It's mesmerizing!!!

Her unique wind up will probably get her through the batting order one time, but it will be interesting to see how her control is with all of the moving parts that get off her power line. She also shows the batter the ball, and her grip, by twisting her upper body.
