Rich Balswick knows something we don't know

I was watching Cheridan Hawkins own Stanford last night and she reminded me of Gasciogne. So on a lark I googled her to see who her PC was. Sure enough it was Rich Balswick. What is he doing in his lab to create these monsters?

In Rich Balswick you are talking about a pitching coach who was a “top world class pitcher” that competed and won at the highest levels of the game. I have seen many “pitching coaches” that were basically recreational pitchers when they played and/or pitched at lower levels and had little knowledge of where the top of the game really was. Rich has the ability to communicate in an understandable manner the necessary skills required to compete at those levels. In the woman’s game we are talking about the National Championship and Olympic (hopefully coming back) levels.

Had the privilege to watch him work for about a year when DD caught for one of his students. Part of the secret sauce is that he is as gracious and grounded as could be, and has tremendous rapport with his kids because of it.

My daughter currently takes lessons from Balswick he is a great teacher wish other pitchers on team took lessons from him. They hello elbow and are so inaccurate.
