I would like to hear from some fellow coaches about a list of equipment that you bring to tournaments to keep your day and team organized. Even some things that you don't need at every tournament but come in handy in a pinch.

One thing that I am particularly interested in is a bucket organizer to keep your score books, lineup cards, pens and pencil, etc. in.

I bring a bag that I carry all my admin stuff in such as scorebooks, pencils, lineup cards, etc... I don't want that attached to a bucket.

Did somebody say wagon?

https://bigkatbuggy.com/

I built one kind of like this with an aluminum cargo rack and a wagon wheel and frame kit from Northen Tool. This is better than mine though.

The No Errors Coach Buddy Bucket Sleeve is the best of the bucket sleeves and also the most expensive - but I learned a long time ago to buy quality. I also like you can store a couple of drinks in the corner and that it is way comfortable to sit on.

As for what to bring - less and less. Lineup cards, pens/pencils, coach board, spare armbands, coach glove, glove replacing kit. I also keep some good condition balls in the bucket for pitchers to warm up with.

Cart, Bownet, tanner tee, bucket of balls, cooler full of ice and water.

All the first aid/scorebooks etc - that is all the other parents and assistant coaches responsibilities. I am not doing it all - been there, hated that. Spread it around.

While I have a bucket of balls that also carries certain other items, I keep all of my admin stuff in a backpack. In that backpack, I also keep these items (some were mentioned already...):
* Screwdriver
* A few spare screws for helmet facemasks
* A spare helmet chin strap
* Bug spray
* Sun screen
* Rags to dry off wet balls
* At the younger ages I also carried a spare uniform belt. Amazing how often a player would forget to bring a belt...
