'm looking for a clinic outline or plan to do a 1 day 6 hour clinic for the local Little League.

I am planning on doing one for the kids and 1 for the coaches.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Here is a pretty simple plan for a 6 hour clinic.

1. Each station should be about 40 minutes in length, so you would have 8 stations with about 30 minutes for lunch and a few 5 minute water breaks.
2. Your stations should be a mixture of physical skills needed for the game, as well as mental "stuff" that prepares them to play and remain healthy. Here are some simple recommendations for an 8 station camp:
(Stations mean that you break the girls into groups and they rotate from one element to the next, with groups of girls about 12 each so that they don't get lost in each rotation)

Infield
Outfield
Communication between players/Call it/Relay throws etc
Hitting basics
Bunting
Baserunning (how to run through first, round first, lead offs, stealing etc)
Nutrition/Hydration - Preparing them to be healthy on and off the field
Dynamic warmups / Core training / Speed and Agility (etc) [This helps the girls learn how to workout on their own, and helps coaches see other ways to help them. This could be replaced with Progression throwing to teach proper mechanics for throwing if you do a session like this to teach the coaches instead so that they will teach the girls]
