Would you coaches out there find it useful to have specific sport psychology "lesson plans" that you could facilitate into your practices? They would be broken down into age group, so each division would have different topics, activities, and ways to apply them depending on the age category of the team.

Something like this. This is obviously an oversimplified example:

Introduce Imagery
-teach them what it is.
Imagery activity
-catered to age group
Apply to sport
-teach how to integrate into sport life
Benefits
-discussion

I would think the real challenge, similar to that faced in the DFP technical hitting forum, would be to present the complex simply AND prevent players from becoming hyper-analytically ineffective (i.e., paralysis by analysis). Don't know if that's practicable or not.

That's a good point, I understand your concern. Sport psychology is something that has been proven to improve performance, rather than induce paralysis by analysis. It can help athletes control this symptom. Keep in mind, this is not just some simple project that would be thrown out there for coaches to use. This is something that would be backed by TONS of research from multiple fields. Just like in the classroom, all the lessons would be developmentally appropriate for the athlete.

You are correct, simplifying is the key!
