All good Mustang. You can all trust that the girls I coach have a lot of fun, we have ice cream after practice, water gun fights and other things that I never see at other practices. It's hard to describe because I don't see my style much but it is a LOT of caring for the individual needs of the kids and a iron clad belief that they should set high expectations for themselves and not backslide and accept failure. In our league, I am easily the most effusive with praise when a girl shows effort and I am easily the sternest when they show lack of hustle or focus. The best description I can come up with is tough love.
