If you made a tanner tee, what would you use for the top part that holds the ball? You can make the bottom part for less than $5.00 but finding something to hold the ball?

I have used most of the market tees. Personally, the shutt tees were a waste of time. The could not survive the repetitions our hitters accumulate. The Tanner Tee is the only way to go. We bought 4 several years ago and they are still stepping up to the use. JMHO!

I like to use a tee that doesn't have a home plate shaped bottom. People tend to think that those should sit right on the plate.

Use a plumbing rubber gasket at Home Depot or Loews. It's just a sheet of rubber.
