Ok dang I can't keep up. Camera looks super sick. The live streaming for baseball/softball games is a game changer for sure. Price point is super reasonable too.

From what I have read their new thing is some crazy stabilization to the video they developed. Considering 90% of the time my 5 is hooked to a fence I'm not sure I need that. So while it would be nice to stream, I don't see me upgrading anytime soon.

Oh you NEED IT!! Any real parent would have a minimal of three Gopros set up with LynkSpyders. Capture the angles man! Any parent who loves their child would have this setup. Camera mounted on right side, left side and middle of fence. Its that easy! So love your child, gopro and lynkspyder and the world can start being a better place!

Have fun this weekend!! lol

what do you do with the video files. I can play them fine, but it seems none of our computers really have the juice to use any of the editing programs I have tried so far. i bought one mainly to use to make videos of my two girls, for training and recruting for the older one. but I need to be able to stitch togetther videos, and then cut bits out. I really do not want to do anything else, no effects, etc., just join and clip.

If you have your settings on your gopro at 1080p with frame rate at 48FPS. Also Field of view should be set at narrow or linear. I think Josh from LynkSpyder is at Med for Field of view. With Sharpness set at med. Gopro Color should be turned on, but your videos may come out saturated, so experiment with that. Exposure set to -.5 or 0.

Ok so with all that said, if you have these settings Windows movie Maker will be just fine to combine clips. Once you have the settings in place WMM will do its thing . With the settings I gave you, different environments will render different settings. Make sure to have a general settings for White Balance, and iso max and iso min too. Lots to play with, but once you get it down, you will be fine.

thanks, I will have to disect this in detail this weekend, with a translator handy. also, might not help that mine is a knockoff, not a true gopro, not certain I have all those setting. WMM just seemed to freeze up when I tried to load videos though.

beginning to think I should just switch to a cheap camcorder, dont really need stabilization, mount in on tripod and leave it alone except possible for panning or zooming.
