Great video! In GA it's sunny and 60s today. But don't come here in July if you know what's good for you.

It was 40 degrees with a dusting of fresh snow on the mountains above our house when I rolled out to take my DD to school this morning. In So Cal, this is considered "freezing to death" weather. It won't last long.

This weekend was DD's league's opening day parade. It was right around 50 degrees when the parade started. Many of the girls wore long sleeves under their jerseys. Many parents were dressed like Arctic explorers. One parent chastised me for not dressing for the cold because I only had a hoodie on over my leggings and t-shirt.

Southern California can't handle cold.

Jealous - I can't wait to go fishing in the Gulf again. Waiting on my parents' house to be rebuilt (destroyed from Harvey) - praying they can get it up and running by this summer.

After having beautiful weather in the high 60s and low 70s for the last two weeks in Georgia, it is going to be 30 Saturday morning for our first tournament. AHHHH!!! Winter can go away now. I guess I will be pulling out the heater and my fuzzy boots. :(

It was 80 here in Birmingham last Friday and 76 Saturday. Perfect softball weather. Of course it doesn't stay like this long. With our weather you have to be prepared to dress for any of the four seasons through a single week. Back in December 2000 on a Friday it was 55 degrees and we had a major hail storm. Saturday hit 75 with a tornado outbreak including an F4 just south of Tuscaloosa. On Sunday it dropped into the 20's.

With these temps I fully expect it to snow in late March.

Yes! I was thinking the same. When our weather is this crazy, we tend to get a late February/early March snow. Grew up in Birmingham, Pelham to be exact. And everyone remembers the Blizzard of 93' was in March. Should be an interesting spring! Just praying the weather happens during the week so we can play ball on the weekends ;)
