Do you have your spring/summer tentative schedules yet? We are first year 14A in Georgia and have fewer tournaments total this year. BUT we have a few huge showcases on the schedule, several qualifiers, and two national tournaments (tentatively). We have already earned a berth to the USA Elite Select Futures WFC for next July, and we also have ASA Nationals on the schedule providing we get a berth. We earned a berth last year to compete in Dallas, Tx, so we are hopeful to go again. We have 12 tournaments total on the schedule, down a few from last year. But we also have two full weeks of national tournaments on the schedule, in addition to our long weekend showcases. I am just wondering what this looks like in comparison with other 14u schedules out there? Just FYI- we are planning to attend Sparklers Jr. Showcase next year as second year 14u and will also go for a USA Elite Select Nationals berth. Kansas City nationals is the same week as the Legacy Showcase this year, and Legacy was the priority for our team.

We have both of our kids travel ball schedules for this upcoming spring and summer tournaments. We are already signed up for all the tournaments that require hotel stays except for Nationals so we can schedule vacation days, etc. All of our local tournaments are more of a tentative schedule, the schedule just says to plan on playing that weekend somewhere local. 12 tournaments total.

We don't have it yet and it's making me nuts. DD has the opportunity to do a leadership program at the summer camp she's attended for a number of years and I'm just stabbing around in the dark trying to pick which session she can do to avoid conflicts with tournaments. UGH

So the same number. We have signed up and paid for most of our tournaments as well, with the exception of a few that haven't made yet or we are waiting on being accepted into. I have hotels booked for the earliest ones, and then we are waiting on the Stay to Play links to come out for others.

That really stinks! I will say this, Georgia tournament schedules came out later than usual this year and we just got our schedule out last week. We have several conflicts at different points this summer with church camp and similar things. If the schedule isn't out yet, send dates to coach she will be out. You got your dates in first! Unless it is a huge showcase or nationals, hopefully it will be fine. These girls have other things going on in their lives, and missing one tournament for something important is not the end of the world. Hopefully you get a schedule soon!

We got our tentative schedule a few weeks ago. We have one indoor tournament a month until February. We are a second year 14U, so the team goes dark until the end of May so the girls can play high school ball. It looks like we have 8 tournaments in June, July, and August, with only 3 of them requiring travel. It looks like our farthest is a week long tourney in Myrtle Beach. DD is only an 8th grader so thankfully picked up with a first year 14U team during our teams down time. It looks like she'll play 5 or 6 tournaments with them, and all of those are within an hour and a half drive which I am thrilled about lol.

Our school ball is in the fall, and I forget that others play in the spring which would significantly affect your TB schedule. We start playing the last weekend of February here and run through the end of July. No play in August, as school starts August 1 (along with school ball). :)

We have not received our spring/summer schedule yet, nor has our Nationals location been decided yet. We are a 2nd yr 14u team, but not all of the girls are in HS. I’m not 100% on the rule in my state, but last yr we had a HS freshmen girl on our 1st yr 14u team and she was allowed to play both school and travel ball.

Our is up. I'm focusing on the word tentative, hoping the kids prove that they're better than expected as the tentative schedule that we have is a little disappointing right now.
