I just heard about it over the weekend. Think it should be required viewing for all softball parents!!!

Love it. Favorite line is from the umpire, something like: "There's not a lot of joy in being an umpire. But one of the things I like is telling parents that their daughter is not going to be on the all-star team. Now they are trying to take that away from me."
