That is right next to Hairy Ketchup Bottles!

Got to see a Santa Monica AllStar (real team) play this summer and was surprised that a few girls from the movie where on the team and were stud players.. athletes and actresses - good combination to have in So Cal!

I read somewhere that Lance Kinsey ("Coach Lance", writer, director) was a coach in the Santa Monica league at some point.

Richard (the stats-obsessed dad) was a lot like one of the parents on DD's (8U) all-star team this summer. I kept score for the team and that guy was always harassing me about his daughter's stats and how much he disagreed with how I kept score.

My daughter didn't like it at first but we made her like it, we hear she is doing fine ,haven't seen her for a few years.

I'm the stats dad. Well, mom. Therefore, I keep score so I don't have to harass anyone, and I can be sure it's done correctly. :D

I should have made that dad keep score! It would have been interesting, to say the least. Not accurate at all, but interesting.

Ordered on Amazon (we don’t have Netflix)... watched last night - may have scared DD1 away from pursuing coaching now that her college career ended with broken 5th metatarsal this summer. Apparently I am also Richard and the Miken Freak Mom combo... all the good endearing qualities they have LOL
