Thanks everyone! I've got my grocery list all made out now. We've only ever had experience with double headers during allstars so I never really had to pack very much in the past. The coach's wife told me that the girls may play 4 games or it could turn in to 6. I know DD has always been dog tired after 2 games so I want to make sure I'm fueling her with food that will keep her playing her best.

I told DH that we are definitely investing in a tent this year! DS and I are too pale to be roasting in the sun, lol.

We still use the tent that we bought in 10u. That tent has a lot of miles on it. DD doesn't play anymore, but we use it for DS soccer tourneys. Going back, I would invest in a better wagon, I think we went through 2 or 3 cheaper ones through the years.

I learned from an amazing team Mom years ago - always keep a spare loaf of bread, peanut butter, and squeeze (non refrigerated) jelly in the car. Sadly, there will always be kids who didn't bring anything and feel weird about asking or sharing. I have seen entire afternoons made brighter by a couple extra sandwiches that just "showed up" as extras during break time.

Mine started travel ball 3 yrs ago and I think I have this down to a fine art now. Wagon, grizzly cooler, tent and 3 chairs are the main supplies. Then I have a bin that I keep in my car with lots of other stuff- hand warmers, toilet paper (trust me on this, bring a roll), forks/spoons, solo cups, a major medical kit containing everything I can possibly think of (eye wash, Band-Aids, Tylenol, Advil, ace wrap, cough drops, etc), extra socks, can opener. I also carry a large back pack with the stuff you need right there- sunscreen, camera, go-pro, slim-jims, battery packs, phone charger. In my cooler, I bring more drinks than I could ever need, fruit-watermelon or grapes, PB & J sandwiches, lots of pickles. I will admit I have a hard time getting my kid to eat so most of the time, I will find a close pizza place and order a pizza to go if there isn't a long break between games.

Just a head up too. Ive been using solely the Yeti Ice in my coolers for about a year now. Here's what I like about it. It only takes a day or overnight to freeze. It doesn't break. For the most part its compact. Also the best part is it doesn't have a mess like when ice melts. Which is great because if you throw in sandwiches into your cooler, they will not get soggy!! Yes Yeti products are a little bit of money. However after using the yeti ice only for a month only on weekends you will start saving money because you wont have to keep buying ice all the darn time. Below are the specs

YETI ICE
YETI® ICE is filled to the brim with science, dialed in to the most effective temperature to maximize the ice retention of any cooler, with a durable design that is break-resistant. Its custom shape reduces freezing time and multiple size options mean that you can outfit everything from your Hopper™ Flip to your Tundra® 350 with YETI ICE. It works as an ice substitute or welcome addition to your ice stash to make sure your contents stay colder for longer.

Dimensions:
YETI ICE 1 lb - 8" x 2 5/8" x 1 5/8"
YETI ICE 2 lb - 8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8"
YETI ICE 4 lb - 10 3/4" x 8" x 1 5/8"

10x10 Canopy Got this one from Costco 4 years ago...https://www.costco.com/ProShade-Professional-Grade-10'-x-10'-Instant-Canopy.product.100329571.html
Cooler with wheels
Colaspable Wagon - Costco sells a great wagon, been using mine for 4 years, still in great shapehttps://www.costco.com/Folding-Wagon.product.100316952.html
Good folding Chair.

Food-wise, my girls like cold chicken fingers or fried chicken, chips, cut up fruit. While everyone is supposed to feed their own players, I have found bringing extra is a good idea. Some kind of energy/protein bars... we like zone bars at the moment. It's easy to get into a rut... so try mixing it up each week.

Bring LOTs of water... you will be refilling your DDs water jug numerous times

Few things you may not have thought of...

First aid kit.
Extra chin straps for batting helmet.
Extra pair batting gloves.
Shoe Laces
Screw driver with batting helmet hardware kit (extra screws and mounting brackets).
Sport wrap tape.
Duct Tape
Extra Bug Spray
Extra Sun Screen
Electric Fans... a surprising number of parks have electric outlets here and there.
Slip on sandals, so DD can get out of her cleats between games...
