There are rules regarding filming of teams or players you are not affiliated with in the state of Ohio. rules may vary a little bit from individual sport to team sport, but generally speaking...you can't (by rule) film a rival pitcher during a game you are not affiliated with. OHSAA rarely enforces most policies anyway.

Was videoing DD's 14u game this past weekend. Had the Lynkspyder mount set up and the opposing coach said the camera was bothering his picture so ump said I had to move it to behind the 1st base dugout. Unfortunately didn't have my tripod.

I moved the camera as I didn't want to cause a distraction before the game. How do you handle these situations?

LL 10u game last night, 3rd base coach for other team, was filming some of their at bats, is it OK for on field coaches to use devices? asking for opinions both technically and is it "acceptable"
