ME :(

So I am right where I am supposed to be just past the left field fence (not actually a fence a row of cars) in the car with wife so a 260 ft bomb would crush my windshield but it's JV and the wind is blowing in I'm confident best seat in the house all is good. We have the windows rolled down and the lady in the car next to us is just cursing non stop at the game and her husband on the phone; after three innings the wife has had enough and says "lets go on up".....and I say "sure':(

it is a back and forth game the umps have been pretty bad and it is now 6-6 bottom of 6th. We have the bases loaded and two outs DD is on 3B girl hits a hard bouncer down the 3B line DD runs past the ball a 3B fields the ball right on the line to which the umpire yells...you guessed it.... "FAIR BALL" all the players stop my DD included about 2 steps from home, now everyone in the stands and dugout start yelling at the girls throw the ball!! run, run!! well the ball gets thrown to C who tags my DD out a couple feet from the plate, of course now enter the worst father of the year, a couple seconds later as everyone is starting to realize whats happened I yell "all you had to do was step on the plate" everything is fairly quiet now to which DD standing right on home plate not five feet from the umpire rips off her helmet not to be out done my yelling and screams at the top of her lungs "he said FOUL BALL" and turn and stares at the ump. Everyone is waiting for DD to be sent off, me included...maybe the only saving grace was the ump realized maybe this is why they told us is class not to loudly declare FAIR BALL but to point to fair territory and he walks away and my DD heads off to dugout. The girls end up losing bottom of the 7th 7-6. and I promise myself NEVER again stay away from the infield you belong out on the other side of the outfield fence and stay there.

When I am not in the dugout, I like to sit behind the back stop so I can see if DD is hitting her spots when she pitches. DW and I sit shoulder to shoulder and send texts to each other and say absolutely nothing. (it can be done.) The emojies are helpful to prevent typing four letter words.

Most of the time I just need a WTF button. Can be applied to many situations

I had a parent relapse after watching a kid move up in the box 3 times against us and bunt and seeing her do it the 4th time I had to yell bunt. Luckily I was far enough away that the sound didn't reach for a couple of batters :)

The best part is when autocorrect kicks in during my 4-letter tirades when my DD is not hitting her spots and I am trying to express my dismay to my DW who is at home with DD2.

My iPhone under estimates how often I swear and overestimates how often I text about ducks.

I moved myself from the 1st base line to center field last night, in an effort to not rip into the umps and to not let the other parents hear me mumbling under my breath. Apparently center field wasn't far enough.

It's too bad because I've been much better this season. More growth needed, i guess.

Some times we all relapse...I have been really good this year about staying quiet and "no coaching" from parents. The last game I went to last week, my DD taking warm up ground balls and throwing to first was throwing really soft, and you could tell was guiding the ball to first. She threw one that bounced before it got there. The next one was wide and first base girl missed it. (back story, this girl on first has complained about girls throwing the ball too hard to her:() So, before I even realize it, I yell as loud as I can from behind the back stop to DD "just throw the freaking ball hard" Apparently it was really loud, as several parents gave me "that" look. DD also turned and gave me her dirty look.
