I should have made myself more clear too. I was just expanding on the same conversation you was and did not mean anything towards you. Thanks for your comments on the video. I wish I had filmed more during the year but it's just hard to film and watch game and keep score with Iscore. DD hit 12 home runs on the year and I only managed to film one of them lol

If I were the coach and had enough good hitters, I would love to have the luxury of not having my pitcher hit when she is pitching. I would rather discuss the upcoming hitters and avoid base running and keep you in the shade on hot days.

I would allow you to play when not pitching if you are a good enough hitter.

I do think that if you are going to a new team, it would be a discussion you would like to have with the coach and see how they handle pitchers hitting. If he says you never hit, then you have to decide if that's what you want.
