I'm actually with you on needing the latest and greatest....its pretty absurd but different strokes....my whole family is all over the next APPLE product the minute it comes out. works great for me, I get one year old computers/ipods etc. It's good to be the family Luddite.

Too funny I am actually not opposed to indoor plumbing, but I do make my children scrub their clothes on a rock out at the creek. lol
Don't misunderstand me, I think that grown ups, who work hard for their money, should buy whatever latest, greatest gadgets that they choose, if it fits within their budget. I also feel that children who work hard to "earn" such toys appreciate them more and take better care of them. Just seems like we have become such an "entitled" society.
