I have one that never gets used. Real softballs always get caught up and don't move down the ramp, so I'm forced to use dimpled balls.

hmmm, i wonder if there are different versions and models. We dont have problems with regualr 12" softballs.

Mine is about four years old, and to my knowledge, they're the same models today as back then.
