I tried out for a couple pro teams this past summer. I was actually called back for another look but was unable to go because I had injured my knee about 2 weeks previous to the call. I'm trying to get myself back into shape for this summer/spring tryouts.
I would like to know if there were specific weight lifting, cardio, etc. that would help me get myself into the shape. And also softball drills that I could work on to help with my skills and make them better? I'm an infielder/catcher. If there is a certain diet or foods that would be good for me to help with this I would like to know about that too =) Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |
