I had seen some Wasserman videos like the ones Eric shared. Just fyi, his softball e-book isn't just a rehash but includes good original content and a ten-or-so drill sequence that goes deeper than what he's shared via his blog and Youtube. Go ahead and make the e-book purchase, which also includes link to a ton of video demos. It's worth it. Your daughters throwing mechanics -- and elbow -- will thank you.
