What's her time? 100m or 400m?
My daughter is fast, although more of a 400 runner. Sub 1 minute is very fast at 14 for 400, yet she really doesn't get down the line all that fast, or even excel that much at base stealing. I am asking because I wonder if she could be helped with starts, or timing, or aggressiveness, or whatever it is that is keeping her track speed from being fully utilized on the field.
