Hi guys, sorry I haven't been on here in a while. Been busy with rehab, chatting with friends in the hospital and visitors. Anywho, the update. I was to the doctor yesterday and she's very pleased with the progress I've made. I have a lot of my range of motion back. I still have a catch in my range and I can't totally extend my arm yet. She thinks that in a few weeks, I should have full range of motion back. I have been cleared to do some light toss (no more than like 10, 15 feet). My stitches have been removed from the surgery sites, which means I can shower freely and not have to worry about washing my arm in the sink. But most importantly...I was cleared to come home from the hospital. I am soooo glad to be home. I'm still keeping contact with the friends made in the hospital...and I'll still be in to see them when I come it to do a session of rehab. But, I'm so glad to finally be home and sleep in my own bed again. First thing we did was go out and get a couple of pizzas and go watch my little sister play softball. Her season should be coming to a close in the next few weeks. Her team is playing in another six games this weekend. The thing watching her play is that it makes me Jones to play again. To be out there catching pitches, tagging out runners, calling out situations and disrupting running games. But I'll be out there doing that soon enough.

Keep working hard there Killer... hehehe.. Don't overdo it.

I won't overdo it, Sparky Guy. I'm actually having fun doing the physical therapy work and I'm also starting some strength training. Plus, I'm liking doing even just the light tosses with my little sister. It's hard...even now, for me to sit on the sidelines wanting to be out there wanting to play. But my doctor thinks that over the next few weeks my full range of motion should return. Which means we can start looking for a private coach to work with.

How's the elbow treating ya?...

Sorry I haven't been on here much lately to update. We just returned from a cruise to the Bahamas which we had an awesome time while we were there. As far as the arm...it's doing awesome. I have no pain. I've been working it a lot with range of motion . Which has totally returned. I have an appointment Monday which I'll do a further update.
