I've been at home trying to coach my little sister through her little league play (Tara is 12). But, between doing drills with her and me working on my own receiving skills have no real way of protecting my casted left throwing arm (I broke the arm in a game a little more than a week ago. The arm is broke near the elbow and my cast is past my elbow and ends half way to my shoulder). What is the best thing I can do to protect my arm while it's healing? I'm having a hard time finding a comfortable position.
