I'd like to put our pitchers through a circuit at each of our two-per-week practices specifically dealing with the core and other bio-mechanical issues to strengthen, improve speed, and reduce injury.
I've searched the Forums and haven't come up with anything other than some exercises in "Drive Mechanics" by javasource. Those are helpful. There are also some bits and pieces here and there on other threads.
Wassermans Catching Specific 16-week program is perfect. . .it's obviously catcher-specific and lays out the 16 week plan, pictures of the exercises, number of reps, etc.
Anything like that exist for pitchers? Seems like there would be and I may have just missed it.
