Or something similar? 18U DD is able to bunt for hit when the D is playing even with the bag and the P looks slow. She'd like to be able to get on more during sac situations so I was thinking of a speed school. If you have used one and saw results I'd like to know. Thx.

Look into lessons from a good track coach locally. Also consider exercises such as jump rope, agility ladders, sprints. But knowing how—really knowing how—is extremely important!

My daughter used to look like she was running on the moon she was so slow. Size 8.5 women's cleats and just turned 10YO. We tried Parisi in Sparta over the winter and saw some good results in the spring. She loved going as the trainers really made it fun and challenging at the same time. I would recommend.

Hi Inside Pitch, we are also in NJ and used a Parisi in Morris Plains that is now in Morristown, although as DD HS academic load increased she did not have time to continue (and there was group fitness instruction at the school); I really can't say enough positive things about the Parisi program and the improvement in DDs overall athleticism and quickness that resulted over the two years she was in the program. The trainers are great, especially Terrence and Brian, who DD loved.. although they train athletes in groups, the program is individualized within the group so the athlete can progress at their own pace. Personal training is also available that is sport-specific and they have a number of softball programs they work with. (PS am long time member here, not on retainer to parisi!)

DD has gone to a Velocity Sports Center not too far from us. Has used it for 2yrs and our results have been great. She loves going (13 yrs old) and now even the 10yr old goes. Core, speed, and agility training. Has been a very positive experience for us.

Our 16U team took classes last winter at Parisi, the girls who took advantage of the unlimited classes definitely came out stronger and faster and when i say faster I don't only mean base to base I mean faster bats !

We are lucky enough to have a Velocity Sports Performance center close...DD hits it 3x's week during the off season. The benefits seem to be great...speed, agility, and core work make for a faster, stronger DD. Turning into quite the gym rat at 13
