    Default The Accelerator--good or bad?

    Bucketbutt asked about The Accelerator.

Good or bad? What do you think?

My own opinion is that you should pocket the $30.00 and spend it on another pitching lesson with a quality coach like Krause, Skinner or Amy. But hey, opinions are like ...es, everybody has one.

    What is yours?

It is better than a bucket at any rate. In one of Doug Gillis' videos he suggests using a lightweight bat in the same type of drill/exercise.

Heres the pic's of the homemade one I made. It helps with my DD's arm motion keeping it in the power line. Pre game stretching too. I made sure the entire thing isn't more than twice the weight of a ball cuz thats what the maker of the Excelerator told me that the original one weighs. Double click on photo for pull size pic.
