Well, the lesson was as my daughter said "awesome!" Bill was very easy going, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He made made my daughter feel very at ease and pointed out a few flaws and and few positives very quickly. My dd was throwing much more consistently by the end of the hour. Building a foundation has a very true meaning now. Money well spent.

Darn glad to hear it! In his videos he looked very congenial.

Hi...its been a while since your first lesson. I was wondering if you still visit BH and how your 10yo DD is faring this season with the lessons and her pitching progress? If you're having struggles in any areas where are they?

Thanks,

T

We met with Bill one time. He was easy going, told some corny jokes and was firm in his views. Never went back, due to distance and finding a better fit as a PC.

Wow. "better fit as a PC" is an interesting statement. It could mean a few different things.

My DD's first lesson sounds similar, but those "corny jokes" were a hit as it kept her loose and killed the nerves. His ability to demo things not just saying "do this" was huge for her, and when we started he began by telling her how he started out JUST like her.. a young pitcher trying to learn. This was important because he explained that there isn't anything she's going to go through that he hasn't also done and experienced.

Have been watching his videos for a couple of years now, he with myself as an middleman, has taught my daughter what she knows.
Now, for the first time will be seeing him for the first time, i think i am more excited than my DD.
On second thought, she is pretty excited right now.
