Ok again thanks for everyones input. The PC is working on things she has only seen him a few times. She is mainly a soccer player and the pitching part of her is getting better. She will be fine as I have the HIGHEST confidence in the coaches abilities. Again thanks

Update!!!!!
Well we just finished our season and the 2 girls in the video have done very well. I keep stats on their progress but not in the sense of ERA or WHIP. I am looking to see that they are throwing stikes, and limiting the walks. Runs are tracked but not EARNED or NOT, just runs scored. so here are their stats

Tatum is the girl in the middle of the video Hannah is on the left. Hannah Broke her glove hand 2 weeks into the season but came back in time for playoffs. Tatum can stick around for another season of 10u Hannah has to move up to 12u. The girls combined for an 18k performance in 1 game with 0 hits and 3 walks. They also took a perfect game into the bottom of the 6th in the semi finals of our playoffs and lost on a 2 walk 1 hit performance. They have thrown 4 shutouts 2 of them were 2 hitters. I felt it was a good season
