Default Problem with overdragging drive leg

My daughter has started to overdrag her rear leg which has caused a drop of about 5mph in her fastball. It all started with patellar tendonitis in that drive knee. The injury has now been gone now for three months and we just cant seem to get back on track. Any Ideas on drills to eliminate this problem?

Default Get her to an instructor

Get her to a qualified pitching instructor that knows what they are doing.

The instructor you have now does not.

Here is a link to the Instructors Registry if you are in the US
