Hillhouse vids at houseofpitching.com
or Gillis vids at douggillis.com
Gillis vids are older but pretty good.

These are the only vids I have and I think they are good.

softballoutlet.com. I don't have the newest one but the older videos with Michelle Smith were decent. They basically covered grip, stride, and some common issues to watch.

Start with this one Framing the Pitch by Denny Throneburg. He is the best in IL and has been named National Coach of the Year. It is VHS

It is very easy to re-sell it , after you are done.

I am so surprised that no one has mentioned Ernie Parker's videos. Isn't he considered the best pitching coach

sorry Stan, I do have the Parker vids as well. Good stuff but also older. Would love to see these guys update and add some of the newer stuff they are using.

I have Hillhouse's, Parker's and Smith's. I have also watched Gillis. I would pick Hillhouse, but he and Gillis are pretty close. For a girl at that age he is easy to follow.
