Thanks for the link!

Welcome... Just to clarify, it is a video, hosted @ my dropbox account. I use dropbox so you can right click "Save As" to your drive, without needing software to download.

I have trouble going to links and watching them because I end up watching next video up, ...... sometimes forget why I was even thinking about when I got there.

Just hoping BM likes it. If not, I'll take it right down....It came up in this thread... I liked it, and downloaded it ... re-worked it alittle, added my logo. That tells me that I really liked the video, & learned from it.

I like & tried several things in this tread. The Sock that I added, the bat, the smaller bat. Still have to try the cannonball. After trying the others, I can see how it would work.

I am skeptical of the ball/sock drills.....they look very similar to the Accelerator which IMO is a poor training tool. I think it creates a long arm that gets no brush trigger for fear of the ball hitting the back of your leg....and it appears to be counter to good IR/Pronation of the forearm/hand.

How about simplifying it.......just do arm whip with no ball in the hand.....get your whip/brush/IR all rolled into one. slowly progress up to a real ball by adding in light weight balls (whiffle balls)......throw from a short distance into a net and don't worry about location until much later.

Just 4fun.... just a pitcher who never put much time working on "the Swing" because she could always make contact, place the ball, and run fast, and lead the teams for average. Even this year as she played up against much faster pitching. Was real good with a 2strike Slash

"Playing" catch-up using pitching (mechanics) linkage to hitting. The sock principle... is a take off on the Whip-It. The linkage is to show a dual pitching & hitting gadget, linkage. Like BM's using the bat...

Hitting Guru's not impressed w/Sock-It either... Nothing long term, just a feel finder.

Liked the bat... and the smaller bat... gonna give the cannon ball a try next.

But what I'm after that is turning the I/R bat drill into something similar to the helicopter. Throwing the bat from a pitching stance w/ 12/6... I'll call it the "Sawmill" LOL
