I've tried everything I am capable of but don't seem to be able to empty my mailbox....any tips for an old guy?
Help Clearing out my mailbox

Check your "sent" folder. I recent had an issue and fixed it by clearing out the sent folder as well as my inbox.
Step 1: Quit being so popular...
Step 2: Once you are logged in, click the "Notifications" option in the upper right hand corner of the DFP window, then
Step 2.5: Click the "Inbox' option

Step 3: Select/click the boxes to the right of the messages you'd like to delete:
Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of your messages and click and option called "Selected Messages."
Step 4.5: Click the "Delete" option, then the "Proceed" option.

Step 5: Select "Sent Items" and repeat...

Here is how an another older guy does it... I download them to TEXT. first, then (Empty Folder) .

You'll want to Download & Empty (ALL) Folders... inbox, sent, ECT>>>
I Definitely always download my sent folder... always packed full of info & Attachments
Hopefully your viewing this on a computer... click that arrows on bottom right corner... it will make it expand so you won't need your bifocals ...LOL > right-click the video, and you can "Save video as"... so you can watch it again, next time your inbox gets full
