You will find tons of people here willing to help.

Next practice or even just in the back yard set up a camera with a good side view.

The only thing i can really see is that her follow through seems somewhat abbreviated but that might be pitch selection, she is also off balance which means something is going wrong and she is stepping off instead of powering off during drive phase.

With a close up video we she be able to see exactly what is going on and help unfortunately the quality and distance won't let me at least do that right now.

But if she was a HE elbow type pitcher before this would be an improvement although looking closer it looks like she might not be getting good brush interference and her elbow is sliding past her hip then she is releasing but I just can't tell. The way she is leaning also tells me BI could be suffering, if you hold you arm down and then lean the way she leans at the end you will see you arm wants to hang straight down, now that does not mean you can't compensate but that means employing poor mechanics on top of poor mechanics to fix something...again I'm speculating a lot since I can't really see whats going on.
