BTW, this is not just for fun or giggles. Your humility does not hide your intentions. The result of your trust in the opinions of those on this message board speaks clearly of the desire to give your kids the best you can. Be patient with the doubters and trust what you know. Coaches Enquist and Candrea are quick to say that they confidently teach what they know now--knowing they may later regret something--only wishing they knew now what they will someday learn. As long as you learn and grow, your students will always benefit.

Cass, I agree with James... it's fantastic that you're doing this. I'm curious how long it had been since you pitched before you shot the video? I mean, if you shut down after playing in college or high school then you had years on the shelf doing nothing then come out and look like that, I'd say it won't take you long to get back to where you WERE... then it'd be easier to give a more fair assessment. But if you had been pitching all along then disregard the question. I can see the muscle memory of the HE pitching kicking in. Just spend as much time snapping or throwing the ball into your own glove with a very very very exaggerated follow through to the opposite shoulder. The more you do this, the more HE will become a thing of the past. And it won't effect your IR.

Coach Bill, last time I threw was in 2012. I pitched one other time the day before I shot this video and then came out and decided to video myself. I will continue to work on getting HE behind me by snapping the ball in to my own glove as you instructed me to do. I am excited to see where I can go from here and see how much I can learn.
