Here's a pic of one of my students last night. Look at the motion blur... I see what looks like 8 or 9 balls. image.jpg
This is a good example of how the upper arm stabilizes while the lower half accelerates.

that's a good image to show IR.
question - any concerns about the flattened right foot? i.e. heel almost to the ground?

Back leg is under her, with it facing the target with a bend in the knee...looks pretty good to me. She is wasting energy by having to drag her backside.

She does in my opinion have a little too heavy of a drag. This is due to not getting the stride down quick enough.
I posted this pic to show how her leg, hips, shoulders and upper arm are all very still and quiet (aka locked down) while she's in the release phase. I'm very proud of her. She was an HE, bent over, bowler about 3 months ago... tremendous progress so far!

That is a great demonstration of upper arm stability. Motion v non-motion. Thanks for sharing. Gives me a new way to look at things.

Awesome James, love this.....very difficult to get right but once you get it, it stays forever. It seems to promote good top half resistance as well.

With my DD in this video I find this knee drill the best to promote/isolate good IR and stabilization, natural top half resistance as well.

Lots and Lots of reps of these :)

Really like this, thanks for posting. Definitely gonna include this into our regular practice. I was just thinking this evening about adduction, and maybe a good drill to help my dd with it, think I found one.
