I'm seeing ...in the extended full motion, throwing into the glove, the underlying issue. Not sure how much myelin she has made...Never seen anyone else go full motion... in a Clip....Hopefully she only did it enough to just make the Clip...and nt 10,000 reps.. We can all see that she is getting a tornado turn at the end. I think the upper issues are results/reactions to where the feet are leading

I like to see drag foot up on the toe and tongue to target. Tongue of the shoe/cleat ... & the one in mouth also for that matter. I think that it was Rick that has a great clip on this area of concern...somewhere. :cool:

Thank you everyone, after spending time talking to her and taking a look from the rear, I was noticing that she is arching her back trying to pull down hard, using lots of muscle. Reiterated staying tall and relaxing. this has helped with the coming across the power line.

This pitch to glove video was a year old and was using it in an attempt to help her gain control of the glove.

She still does the full pitch to glove on occasion but usually only when she is warming up and catcher is not ready.
