I'm seeing ...in the extended full motion, throwing into the glove, the underlying issue. Not sure how much myelin she has made...Never seen anyone else go full motion... in a Clip....Hopefully she only did it enough to just make the Clip...and nt 10,000 reps.. We can all see that she is getting a tornado turn at the end. I think the upper issues are results/reactions to where the feet are leading
I like to see drag foot up on the toe and tongue to target. Tongue of the shoe/cleat ... & the one in mouth also for that matter. I think that it was Rick that has a great clip on this area of concern...somewhere.
