Wow! These are awesome! Sticky worthy for sure!

Crystal--please keep adding to this. These clips are amazing and I hope folks realize how cool this thread is. You captured some of the best, live pitching instruction I've ever seen.

This REALLY makes me wonder how much better the Rick and Mike project(s) will be. Folks, we're in for some VERY cool stuff!!!

Watching these clips makes me feel validated in the work I do with my own kids. Just finished with today's sessions and it was so amazing to see so many of the same key points covered in Rick's teaching. Very cool!

Thanks for sharing!

I am definitely thankful that I have been able to listen and learn a lot from Mr Pauly. I have some great videos that I have been going back to watch and learn from. The way he explains and demonstrate pitching is amazing…

A lot more body movement…if you can be stable on a walk in, then the mound will seem easy…(Dominique throwing a Low outside pitch in this video).

I wish I could give you an accurate number…every time the radar gun comes out, she all of sudden forgets to put energy into the pitch and almost freezes up. It is almost like a cop out for her, she has told me that she don't put all out effort when the radar gun is out and we can tell, no grunts. In the last tournament, another coach who was checking players speed said she was hitting 52 regularly…seems about right. It is her off speed pitch(drop curve) that gets the most strikeouts for her…a lot of late swing or just standing there. She pitched an entire game once with nothing but change ups(The one taught to her by Rick Pauly…we call it tea time, because of the cue being used to throw it) and her off speed (drop curve)pitch…that particular team were used to hitting the faster pitcher. If she went out and tried to throw fast, she didn't have enough speed and it would of been like a batting practice for that team

Awesome Crystal! Thank you for posting. I am taking notes. I have a question on quick, quick drill. Looks as if the legs r together. Which direction are the toes pointing? To the catcher?
