I reversed it for a lefty... Sticking with having her watch this... and see her rendition...

You gotta be putting on the brakes to work on posture issues...

This young lady needs to bring her knee like yours... I think yours just don't know what to do with her hand @ Finish. Tell her to hold it out her hand like her so the Prince can kiss it...

Here is an Artist @ it. All kinds of things to learn, but hand has to be out to Target...

Love to see you get a clip full Pitch.... I know you are saying you want to fix it in drill, but you have passed the 9:00 where that is taught, and you moved on to 12:00

Sorry, yeah she doesn't do it with the 9 o'clock so we moved onto 12's. It is really exaggerated when she does walk ins. Let me find a video of a walk in. At first I thought it maybe drive leg bending but I don't think that's the cause. Looking for video now.

One observation. Her timing with the glove and pitching hand is not in sync. She releases the ball well before the glove slaps the leg. Work on up together and down together. Also, you need her to not muscle the ball with the shoulder but instead let the arm whip generate the speed of the pitch. I like the drill I call "45's". Have her stand at a 45 degree angle to home plate and do her arm circle making sure she doesn't dip the back throwing shoulder. This drill isolates the arm circle mechanics and she can really feel the arm whip without muscling the pitch with her shoulder.

#1 Gotta get a rubber to explode off of.... every pitch... even practice.

#2 Get the toe's to target... Both sets
