My DD is having problems getting a good drive. I ordered one. I will try about anything at this point.

A good pitching plate and Java's drive mechanics is all you need. No need to overcomplciate this.

We also do the drills in the drive mechanics.
I went ahead and ordered it. Like JAD said, for $10 why not give it a try. Especially since we can use it with hitting too. We'll see how it goes. We're a week away from starting a little practice again.
Even if you do not use it for pitching or hitting, you can use it for core strengthening exercises....or as a decorative door stop or paper weight!
