First couple videos of DD. Please be a critic but be nice she wants to see what people have to say. She has been pitching with REAL instruction for almost 6 months. Before that about a year with little to poor instruction at best was originally taught HE.

I think she has a real good start. In the second video clip her accuracy is great. You are coming to DFP at a good time.....plenty of help and plenty of time to get things perfected.
Two tips: 1) Check the "Drive" sticky by Java Source....she still has some work to do there 2) Her landing posture is to vertical, almost a forward lean....she needs to have a slight backward posture at foot plant....this will improve her overall front side resistance.
You will probably get several good pieces of feedback so try to sort thru them and work on the most foundational suggestions first.

As expected, she looks like she's doing well with the change over. Wish I could be a fly on the wall at her sessions!

In your opinion what to work on first drive or front side resistance? Or does it matter?
