She's on her way!

For me, I'd prefer a bit more bend in the arm going overhead and down the back side. She's lanky enough to have a bit more whip.

Just my bucket dad opinion, but she is not utilizing the rubber in her drive mechanics, if you look at her drive foot, she is pushing off the ball of her foot at 3 inches in front of the rubber in just dirt, I prefer the ball of the foot to be on the front edge of the rubber, toes in the dirt, to help with the push off and generate all the energy towards the batter.

I agree with Doug. Well on her way. His arm bend advice is spot on and I would add that she never gets in a good I/R loaded position so she is losing power. Her hand never really gets fully inside the ball on the downswing it is always at least a little above or behind the ball. also, her upper arm stabilizes against her rib cage but I prefer to see brush all the way down the forearm so all of that energy is concentrated and transferred to the hand.

THIS is the best advice yet!

Ball needs to be on top of palm at 3.

She has the ball facing 1B. Need to rotate so her palm is under the ball at 3.
