Great job, especially with her upper body staying behind her hips at release. Also love lefty pitchers. There is a reason many of the top NPF pitchers are lefties (and 6ft)! Also like the Hillhouse cradle in the backswing to hide the grip.
On the "load", have you considered sliding her foot along the pitching plate before her backswing? DD just started doing this and it seems to help loading her pivot foot prior to drive. I also like the cue "slow to load, then explode".

Thanks Rocket, as a matter of fact we were just discussing that this week, about changing our pre-motion just slightly to incorporate the slide of the pivot foot. Thanks for echoing those same sentiments.

Not bad, she's definitely got a lot more going for her in the right direction than not... The slight swim is a byproduct of the right hip load, she has to come across her body in her up movement. If it's a problem for her, try the double pump back swing. Both arms travel backward equally in the drive. This will also help girls who tend to rotate the torso open prematurely.
But in a nut shell, I agree with the others in getting both palms oriented upward by 9:00 with loose and slightly bent elbows. Good luck, James

I again what to thank all of you that have replied for your help and advice. We have worked on many of the things you all have suggested, and it helped her have an awesome weekend this last weekend! So thanks again to all.
