First, I would be making sure that the "LL shoulder" or other issues will not continue and that consideration is given to the amount of overhand throwing, pitching, and number of games/practice at that age. This should bed done with a local PC in combination with a sports doctor, and the team coach should be involved if that is not you. Balanced sports activities should take place to increase muscle balance and strength properly for the age. Reducing the regimen of before must be foremost, as she will still be growing.
Yes she went to a very good sports doc and everyone is on the same page now.

Right now, she's "shoving her rear hip and shoulders foward" through release........

Her hips and shoulders need to "follow the snap direction", which should be toward her glove side pocket........Not "lead the snap direction"......Which is impedeing her ability to get the hand/ball moving toward the curve direction........Vs. away from it.........

Her drop and change are OUTSTANDING for a 10U........Really good..........
Thanks BM now I know what to look for. I showed her the video and explained what you said and she said she understood. Thanks

Very impressive kid, OP.

Her change is really nice, and that peel-type drop is coming along nicely. Her curve... as BM suggests... snap that hand into the left pocket and let the body follow. Her fb looks really, really good, too. Very impressed with her utilization of forearm articulations for each of these pitches... kid has a bright future, and a decent PC.
Thanks JS and yes were very happy with her PC.
