Thanks to Boardmember for giving me the knowledge and advise to focus our attention elsewhere!
I watched player after play, fast and slow pitching last weekend and the have a variety of spins. The girls that had good posture and drive mechanics threw hard or at least harder than those that don't. I read the I/R sticky again and I learned something new each time I read it! I see what you mean about the spins with beginners...etc!
We are focusing more on pushing back and front side resistance as well as BI for now! When she doesn't collapse that front leg and doesn't " go over the cliff" we pop the mitt pretty good! She throws hard but of course we are looking for harder and more control!
