I watched this game and the first thing I said when I saw her pitched was "Both feet are off the ground." It was obvious at normal speed, then I played it in slow motion and it was very obvious.
I hit record, immediately. Then, I tried to recreate it in the house. Then, I tried to figure out why anyone would do that?

DD tried to emulate it. She was dumbfounded and said "No way!"
It's flirting with an IP with the way her right foot looses contact with the rubber in her baseball style hike, then goes into a more traditional stride.... looks like an IP to me, not sure how it isnt?
